General Terms and Conditions of VisualFaktory.com
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Application and any other contract or related legal relationship entered into with the Owner in a binding manner. Users should read this document carefully.

This document is governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union, in particular the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus, VÕS) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Unless otherwise specified, the following terms apply in general:
The user must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
The use of this Application for illegal purposes or in violation of the rights of third parties is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.
All available content is the property of the Owner or its licensors.
The Owner undertakes to ensure that the content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
In the event of any complaint, users may contact academia@visualfaktory.com.
The Application may include links or resources from third parties over which the Owner has no control. We are not responsible for the availability or content of such external resources.
If the user is an EU consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of contracting the service, without justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a request to academia@visualfaktory.com. If the service has already been fully provided, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. In the event of a refund, it will be made within 14 calendar days of the approval of the request.
The Owner may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or force majeure.
If the service is permanently interrupted, users will be informed in advance and allowed to withdraw their personal information.
To the extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect or unforeseen damages arising from the use of the Application.
We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors or interruptions.
We assume no responsibility for losses caused by third-party service providers.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If the user is an EU consumer, they may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform.
We may modify these terms at any time by notifying users in advance.
If a user continues to use the Application after the update, they will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
Users may request previous versions of these terms from academia@visualfaktory.com.
We reserve the right to assign or subcontract rights or obligations under this agreement, informing users.
Users may not assign their rights without prior written authorization from the Owner.
